Latexco US Holdings was created at the end of 2005 as it became Latexco’s first expansion in North America. With two sites in the US, one in Georgia and one in California the company services the entire US and Canada, employing over 50 people while experiencing double digit growth annually since its inception.
The East coast production site is located in Lavonia, GA, near the border with South-Carolina. The 100,000 square foot plant is located on a 9 acre site adjacent to Interstate 85. The plant is a full service production, distribution and fabrication facility.
The production in Georgia is unique in the latex world. The state of the art continuous latex foam line produces a wide range of products. The line is Latexco’s (and the world’s) first patent pending double pouring continuous line allowing production of wide variety of products, from super soft 3/8” quilting rolls to 3” toppers. All components are one piece construction and are available as 100% latex or as a composite combined with other substrates creating a wide variety of products never before available to the mattress industry.
The Lavonia Georgia facility also offers full service foam fabrication with multiple state of the art saws and convoluting equipment. This allows the company to create exclusive products if needed in combination with other types of foam.
The strategically located plant also distributes imported product from Latexco’s European manufacturing sites in Belgium and Spain. Cores ranging from 4” to 7” are stock items plus one piece kings and different grades of natural latex in wide range of standard and exclusive shapes.
Latexco’s Georgia management team has a long track record in the foam industry and services the eastern half of the US and Canada. Eight of the top ten mattress producers in Northern America are serviced by Latexco’s Lavonia Georgia facility and its expert staff.
Latexco West was established in Buena Park, CA. on January 2, 2002. It is a full service latex and polyurethane foam distributor and fabricator serving the western U.S. and Canada. In February of 2006, Latexco West became part of the Latexco family. This acquisition allows Latexco to service national accounts, coast to coast, and Western US mattress makers and home furnishing manufacturers.
Management and the production personnel have over 100 years of experience providing service to the Home Furnishings Industry. Operating out of the same 53,000+ s/f facility, the company has grown its business annually with more than double digits.
