January 7th, 2019
The family Luc and Carole Maes and the Board of Directors of Latexco hereby announce that the current CEO, Alexander Bolliou, in mutual agreement and consent, decided to leave the company end of January 2019.
In the meanwhile the search for a successor has been started.
During the interim period Koen Gebruers, General Manager of Latexco Spain, will take over the daily management, assisted by the family Maes.
Alexander is committed to give his full support in handing over his activities to Koen and his successor until the end of 2019.
Alexander has taken over 30% of the shares of the company De Pecker NV. These shares were held by the family holding.
De Pecker is a company active in machine construction, building installations, subcontracting, maintenance and repair of machinery and installations. Through this investment Alexander wants to realize his dream of becoming an independent entrepreneur.
Latexco has been going through some extensive growth and some big changes over the last years. Next to the internationalization, also the product range has been enlarged with PU and pocket springs. Beside this, there were also big investments in assemblying capabilities.
We want to thank Alexander, who was a big promotor of these achievements, for his efforts.
Carole and Luc Maes
