The combination of gravity elimination and the high-pressure injection technology ensures that the same flow and bounce occurs on every inch of the material. In this way, the foam gets a homogeneous cell structure and, consequently, excellent, uniform density throughout the block & over the different production runs. In addition, the process allows a high level of adaptability and customization, which gives us the flexibility to create a wide range of foam types in small production runs. The fom production line manufactures both TDI and MDI and open as well as closed foam formulas.
